4 times out of the 5 that I’ve came in I’ve gotten the wrong bagel. How hard is it to take someone’s order and get the food right ? I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and received cream cheese. Drove all the way home just to find out that my order was wrong. I don’t like cream cheese. So breakfast is ruined. Older skinny guy behind the counter is in too much of a rush and doesn’t care enough. He is the only one to get my stuff wrong every single time. I came in Monday September 22 at 6:35-6:55
Went to this drive thru this morning and was a bit rushed when placing my order. Friendly staff and polite at the window. Atrocious matcha latte as per the photo, the latte was not filled and looked like someone made a medium and placed it in a large cup.
