Absolutely Horrific Customer Service!!!! It doesn't matter if you're super pleasant, smile, wait your turn, say Good Morning. The young girl at the front counter is so RUDE!!! Today she cheated me out of my meal! I paid with cash and she didn't give me a receipt, argued with me and I left without my meal anyway. Who's the owner??? I want to speak with you. I live in the neighborhood and want to tell ppl better things than this about your business!!!
I’ve been coming to this location in Royal Oak for years. Over the last few months I’ve noticed a lot of new employees. They don’t smile, don’t say thank you! Actually look at you like you’re a bother. Sad I have to find a new location.
I ordered an egg white wrap with no cheese no sauce or sausage. It was barley warm and had cheese on it. I have a dairy allergy.
They’re very kind and respectful!
