I ordered a black hot coffee before my night shift, but it was cold. It’s frustrating, but I can't waste any more time—I need to get to work.
Stood at the register for 15 minutes. Employees walked by a few times and did not stop to take my order. I feel like they purposely don’t help customers to make sure their “time” is ok. But just because you haven’t rang someone up doesn’t mean you’re servicing them under the required time.
I have given this location so many chances because it's so close to the freeway and on my way to work. I'm done giving them chances. the service is consistently terrible and comes with an attitude, the coffee is ALWAYS watered down, my food is always cold, and they will reorganize how you ordered your food so you can't use the discount offered through your app. I have tried to work with them to fix any situation but they really just don't care at all.
