Everyone is usually pleasant and takes the correct order in the mornings. Although today is the first time I've been helped by a newer team member, somehow I feel like I was the inconvenience. Um, when did this person start? Never experienced that level of disregard here.
Wait is ridiculous through the drive thru no one is in a rush to get orders out and the majority of the staff doesn’t say or anything but quick to roll their eyes. Terrible customer service
I'm finally writing a review of this location as I've officially reached my limit. Today, they completely left out one of my sandwiches. When I tried to call to let them know—since I unfortunately couldn't go back to have it corrected—their phone was off the hook, as usual. On multiple occasions when I've ordered coffee at this location, I've been handed what looked like water with a slight tint. It wasn't tea, and it definitely wasn't coffee.
