This location has really gone downhill. We like to go before church on Sundays and they consistently are out of basics. No sleeves, no latte ingredients, no whip cream. Not really rude but the kids just stand around with no sense of urgency. Ill probably go to other locations so I can get what I actually want and not what they have left from the week
No wonder this place is a ghost town with terrible reviews. They don't take 50 dollar bills at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Young staff and no manager in sight. Another place I won't be coming back to.
i had a too good to go order (PRE PAID) and got to pick it up early, (20 minutes before closing time). they had closed store early and me and 2 other cars were waiting for our PRE PAID order. we called multiple times, and it was VERY clear nobody was in the building.
They used to be pretty decent- but lately the line for the drive thru just doesn’t move, they very frequently mess up my orders, and are often times not ready to serve customers upwards of 30 minutes after they open. .... I said this 6 months ago- since I’ve been back occasionally with little to no wait and no messed up orders. I made this post like 6 years ago. Since then another massive decline in quality. They charge $2 for a dry, old bagel- pass I’ll go to the location on northline instead.
6/21/25 Today I just experienced the worse service in my life. From start to end. The person who took my order acted like I was taking to long to order. Then when I went to pay, I asked to add on a cheese croissant warmed and was told "No". Huh, why not I asked. I was told they are to busy yeah I know I just sat in the line. So, I said I'm a paying customer asking to get a croissant and I can't. I'm confused because the purpose of a successful business is money??? They should wants you to spend your money, right?
