They used to be pretty decent- but lately the line for the drive thru just doesn’t move, they very frequently mess up my orders, and are often times not ready to serve customers upwards of 30 minutes after they open. .... I said this 6 months ago- since I’ve been back occasionally with little to no wait and no messed up orders. I made this post like 6 years ago. Since then another massive decline in quality. They charge $2 for a dry, old bagel- pass I’ll go to the location on northline instead.
6/21/25 Today I just experienced the worse service in my life. From start to end. The person who took my order acted like I was taking to long to order. Then when I went to pay, I asked to add on a cheese croissant warmed and was told "No". Huh, why not I asked. I was told they are to busy yeah I know I just sat in the line. So, I said I'm a paying customer asking to get a croissant and I can't. I'm confused because the purpose of a successful business is money??? They should wants you to spend your money, right? Not only is the staff quite rude but they get our order wrong every time. Every single thing was wrong. My husband ordered a mocha drink and we got a MATCHA? They gave me a mocha drink I said it was wrong and then they just made me a new wrong drink!!! Do NOT go here!!!!
We were just at the drive thru and the lady taking the order was very rude. We were ordering some iced coffee and the charge on the screen was higher than the price on the menu, when my husband asked why, she read the order back by raising her voice and dismissing what my husband was asking and stayed quiet when my husband asked again.
