Staff was rude and we didn't get the right food. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with half a egg. We did get extra extra whipped cream on our ice cap that we didn't order or have to pay for so that was a nice surprise because we like whipped cream but if you don't it was pretty messy. Go to the downtown Wyandotte one instead of this one if you want decent food.

It's your typical Tim Hortons, I frequent often because it's close to work. Your hiring process needs to improve, most employees don't have any personality. might as well put up a Kiosk. Also the bathroom is disgusting, They should clean it multiple times a day, it looks like it might happen once a month, toilet seat is falling apart, urinal had so much build up the hole size is about have the opening it should be. if you really pay attention, you will realize how disgusting the whole place is, I don't think it would pass a ... read more
