Considering google contacts businesses for low ratings, I’m hoping the lack of order accuracy is resolved relatively soon should this company be owned by someone who cares. You’re slowly gaining the horrible reputation that the Northline & Dix location has acquired. Especially with the nasty manager who thinks it’s okay to yell at and berate employees in front of customers and passing traffic all while standing in the ordering drive thru.
They turned away customers for CASH ONLY. This is 8:24 AM in a Monday. The rude person from the back told the person in the front, “It’s cash only and they should know that” Whaaaat? This place is ridiculous.
Terrible Service – Ordered at the drive-thru and waited about 10 minutes before reaching the window to pay, only to be told they weren’t accepting credit cards at the window. I asked if they could run the card at the main counter, but they refused. Since I don’t carry cash, I had to leave without my coffee. This isn’t the first time this has happened.
