I’ve tried to give this specific Tim’s multiple try’s however each time I go there they forget to give me my whole order and usually get the drink wrong which is crazy bc it’s a simple caramel iced latte. They even pulled me around the building this time to get me off their drive thru timing bc they went to hand me an iced cap and I told them I ordered a latte but they didn’t forget to charge me for the latte and the two donuts I didn’t receive either.
machines never seem to be working I drive to other side of town to get my drinks
Will drive the extra five minutes or more for a different Tims store. 9/10 times I stop here for coffee it is absolutely disgusting. Tastes old and definitely can’t measure creamer as the coffees always super bitter and nowhere near a double double that I ask for. The service speaks for itself if you look at the other reviews and pictures of food people post from here. Bunch of kids working who do not care. Love oreo iced capps..southgate location never gets it right..different version everytime...call me Karen but why am I asking for whip cream top when it is supposed to have it..and don't forget the oreo crumbs...consistent service is so lacking
