*i only stop here sometimes for my kids, but the last 3 times, over months, the iced capp machine doesn't work and they are out of plain bagels. So many times I order a mocha, whether online or in person, they make a matcha... but ive had it happen at another one too so maybe it's something with their system (but I saw it on the screen as mocha and they say it back to me).
I ordered an English muffin with bacon, they decided I wanted sausage instead. I ordered an extra large coffee with 2 cream and one sugar and a shot of hazelnut flavor…they forgot the hazelnut. Nobody in the place nobody in the drive through, at least 5 people working.
