I go there every morning. I love it.
I just left the drive thru about 10 minutes ago and didn't get the young man's name. As I was ordering my large, double double, my two year old began choking on a snack and I frantically had to unbuckle and help him. The man taking my order asked me what he could do, helped me, and after I got my order, he asked again if there was anything they could do. Horrible customer service. Drive thru worker responded to me multiple times with "yup". When I asked what the reason was she said because I kept saying stuff all I did was requested a large cup of water with my food. She then slammed the drive thru window in my face. Horrible attitude I hope management sees this and gets it handled. Will not visit again.
