Placed an order through mobile app… items were unavailable was told I could get a refund through the app, which I found to be false once I attempted to do so. Based off past reviews, they should already know this is not accurate. Found out a friend of mine had the same issue a few months ago.
I placed a mobile order through the Tim Hortons app at this location (3880 S Rochester Rd), and when I arrived, I was told several items were unavailable. I wasn’t offered a refund…just told to go through the app. When I contacted customer service, they told me the store had to issue the refund as of August 30, 2021. So which is it? I’ve now been bounced back and forth with no resolution, and I’ve paid for items I never received.
