I placed a mobile order through the Tim Hortons app at this location (3880 S Rochester Rd), and when I arrived, I was told several items were unavailable. I wasn’t offered a refund…just told to go through the app. When I contacted customer service, they told me the store had to issue the refund as of August 30, 2021. So which is it? I’ve now been bounced back and forth with no resolution, and I’ve paid for items I never received. Employees are very very rude…
The service and the staff here are absolutely horrible. I came into the lobby with my 2 year old daughter and from the start I was receiving attitude from staff. It was only one staff member specifically and while I was trying to talk to her to get her name, she just walked away from me and went on her phone. I had to get her name and information from another crew member. The girl taking my order was a bit rude. It’s only my 2nd time at time going to Tim Hortons ever, so I wanted to look at the menu and ask for a recommendation but felt like I was being rushed when I was the only person in line. She also barely answered my simple question. Food wasn’t too bad but coffee did taste watered down. Just a disappointing experience. Hopefully better next time.
