Fake location it does not exist on earth
The customer service at the Eglinton square mall, Toronto Tim Hortans is horrible. I had a very bad experience at this restaurant recently. The employee Alisha was rude and ridiculed me recently in front of other customers. The coffee was cold and stale. No receipt given . I was reluctantly given a refill which was also cold. I was also overcharged at another time for coffee and donut and no receipt was given. The employees at this location discriminate. And are often unfriendly and rude. I go to the Tim's on Court Street in Burton Mi. I have had to wait for decaffeinated coffee several times, at least 5-6. I find that ridiculous for a coffee business. Then they tell me they'll bring it out and they always forget and I have to go back inside. Please fix this issue because I love their coffee but hate the service there.
Complaint location Smithville Ontario store on St. Catherine’s Rd I have been visiting this store since March 2024 and every visit at drive thru is a frustrating experience.
