The gentlemen were prompt, polite and the food and drinks were delicious!
Went to order a blueberry bagel, the girl told me they didn’t have them. So, I ordered a plain bagel with onion cream cheese, they didn’t have that either. I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee, they gave me a medium and had no idea what cup to use for the large I ordered. Every time(3 times) I go to this location, it’s NEVER been right! I’ve tried 3 times hoping it would improve as it’s on my way to work but won’t be back!
I ordered a vanilla cold cream brew- not sure what I got. When I asked, person at drive thru told me that’s what I got, but the cream melted. Ok, moving on, but no- definitely not- tasted like old coffee over ice with a horrible aftertaste- I now see the rating and seems there are nicer tim Hortons close so best to skip this one
The worker gave me the wrong drink and tried to send me off with no food and waiting for the food took 10+ minutes then the workers were extremely rude i cant even explain yolanda was VERY rude did not fix the drinks or give refund. We asked for chai lattes like always and were given coffees and she was arguing with us we even told her the tim hortons recipe but she refused to fix the issue and fought. Im so appalled by the behavior of the workers.
I worked at Tim Hortons so I know how the food is suppose to taste. My bagel came hard and barely toasted with hardly any cream cheese. This location dropped the ball.. I’m sad I feel like I wasted $11 somehow even the hash browns tastes freezer burnt?
