The worst customer service ever I really hope I get to speak to the owner to explain to him what happened and the guy with the glasses at the window that claims to be “the manager” didn’t really manage the situation the correct way and the lady taking orders at the window was laughing in the background disgusting employees and even more disgusting service I really hope this teaches the owner becuase I know got a fact that these nasty employees are not going to tell him what happened

It is very sad to say that Tim Horton on Greenfield the customer service absolutely zero speaking of their Faye the person who take the order over the phone. Maybe she needs to learn how to speak respectfully to the customer over the headset, especially when they have a complaint about the previous service since she presenting herself as an assistant manager, maybe she need to go through some training on how to take care of a customer complaint and also how to speak to the customer over the Headset And even after face-to-fac... read more
