Rude, nasty & disrespectful manager lady name Jess. I would choose a nicer, customer friendly location!!! Put in call, no response received. Won't go here again
I ordered a medium cold brew 2 cream 3 splenda. We went over the order three times in the drive thru and confirmed at the window. I am a diabetic and now dealing with a huge unexpected glucose spike on mothers day. This beverage was the only thing i consumed up until this point and have to conclude that someone messed up and used sugar instead of splenda. I would like to EMPHASIZE the seriousness of this. Buyers beware.
I usually order an iced vanilla chai latte. Half the time they give it to me with espresso- it's not supposed to have espresso. When I've mentioned it at the drive thru, they just tell me lattes have espresso which isn't true. A latte is a milk based drink. It's the Italian word for milk. One time they just gave me a cup of milk and forgot the tea part. Breakfast sandwiches end up burnt often. More then 2 cars in the drive through and your waiting 30 minutes for a coffee
Honestly they are always so busy here but they do everything so efficiently and are just so nice. It’s refreshing.
