Nevaeh was seriously AMAZING I messed up my order in the app, completely my fault, and she fixed it in real time with zero attitude, zero stress, just straight kindness and professionalism. I went through the drive through and all I heard was loud music, the person taking my order gave me an attitude because they couldn't hear me? I walk in and the person gave me more attitude. Horrible service. Won't be coming here again
I’ve been to this location tons of times and they used to be pretty reliable but every single time I have gone here in the last 6 months they’ve given me an entirely incorrect sandwich and almost all of the employees have attitudes other than like two of them (they’re the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1). I could understand if mistakes happen once in a while, but every single time? It’s a waste of money at this point and I won’t be returning.
