I usually order an iced vanilla chai latte. Half the time they give it to me with espresso- it's not supposed to have espresso. When I've mentioned it at the drive thru, they just tell me lattes have espresso which isn't true. A latte is a milk based drink. It's the Italian word for milk. One time they just gave me a cup of milk and forgot the tea part. Breakfast sandwiches end up burnt often. This is the worst place I've ever been to by far. I work close by and this is my go 2 for breakfast. Everyday I walk in, the employees are blasting music in the back. 90% of the time i walk in, theres always an argument between either employees, or an employee and a customer. These past few days I went there, I ordered online. 15 minutes after I ordered, I walked over there to pickup my food, and I didnt walkout for another half hour because they were supposedly "making the food". A little over a month now I got in the routine of getting a breakfast sandwich from there, I’m a picky eater. These folks are always on top of their game never once have they gotten my order wrong. Best spot to get a quick breakfast.
Every Tim Hortons sells chiken panini at this time but these lazy workers here said not till 11
