Honestly they are always so busy here but they do everything so efficiently and are just so nice. It’s refreshing.
If you are out of cold brew, just say you are out, stop giving me iced coffee instead and pretending its cold brew.
Tim's has the best coffee,quick service and great deals. The breakfast sandwiches are always freshly prepared and the donuts to.
Went in at 7:15 pm. The woman behind the counter just blindly stared at me until I asked for a tuna sandwich, at which point she said “we are done with food” The bread was still out, I could literally smell food being made or having just been made, and the app was showing it possible to still order too. Just arbitrarily deciding you’re done with food 2 hours before you close is wild, even for fast food.
Nevaeh was seriously AMAZING I messed up my order in the app, completely my fault, and she fixed it in real time with zero attitude, zero stress, just straight kindness and professionalism. A lot of places would’ve said sorry, can’t help you. She didn’t. She was patient, understanding, and handled everything like a total pro ☕️ Customer service like that deserves recognition.
