I just called this location because the Tim Hortons website was of no help. I called to ask about the bagels and cream cheese pricing for my class. For what ever reason, the call ended before I had my question answered. I called again and explained that I was just on call and was asking about the bagel prices and if the cream cheese was included or not. I always have an amazing experience at Tim Hortons everyday! The drive-thru worker was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They greeted me with a smile in their voice, got my order perfectly right, and made the whole experience quick and easy. You can tell they work hard and truly care about customer service. Even during a busy time, they stayed friendly and positive. Great job to the team — service like this is why I keep coming back!
