We always love Tim's!
We come in almost every weekend and we are looking for a new place to get coffee. Every weekend, this location is out of something or we are told “the truck has not come in”. The same employees show up every weekend but they argue, they complain, they do not work as a team. Yesterday, one of the employees yelled “I can’t make stuff with frozen milk!” It is an extremely busy location but it is not enjoyable
Food was just thrown in the bag
Doughnut shop with no Doughnuts at 3:30 PM on a Saturday in October 2025. Cpunter lady was friendly but the manager was hiding in the bathroom again. This Tim is the worse shop in the Franchise.
If you don't go through drive thru they don't care for you. 4 associates standing around only care for whos coming through the drive thru.
