Great experience! Nice to know this place is here! The staff is the best part. They were super kind and polite.
I think waking up in the morning people should be greeted politely by people that actually want to work or at least be in a good mood. The cashier was polite, but the manager seemed like he was in a bad mood. I didn’t want to be there. It just ruins the experience.
I spoke to an employee regarding the fact I did not get my full order. She said and I quote, “I just work here. There is nothing I can do for you because I just got here at 12, I wasn’t involved in that order” I asked to speak with the person that made my order so she could in fact hit the “refund” button so I could get my money back for the two chicken noodle soups and the 20pk of Timbits I did not receive” she told me I couldn’t because that employee left when she got there… I ordered it after noon so….
