This place sucks to say the least..... Go to the other one.
Firstly, I dont really make reviews often, but this just pushed it over the edge. I ordered a sausage, egg n cheese biscuit around 10:24ishAM. I got told to pull ahead and wait, like I usually do and then proceeded to get a different sandwich. The lady gave me my money back but offered to go get me a Sausage egg n cheese muffin and said it would be 5 min. I had some time so I said OK, at this point it is 10:42Am. I love Tim Hortons but this was by far the worst service I've ever gotten! I placed a mobile order and when I got to the drive thru to pick it up they gave me a small instead of medium iced capp and then I was asked to pull around and someone would bring my sandwich out I sat for almost 10 minutes waiting before going in to get the sandwich that had been sitting there for who knows how long and the staff while polite didn't seem to be able to work together very well!
Well great place but never have the items ready or run out… just sayin
I'd like to thank the Tiffin Avenue Tim Hortons for everything they did this morning. Everything was wonderful and we are so grateful thank you for taking care of everything.
