Empty shelves no donuts or anything in the middle of the day with perfect weather, just poorly managed

If I could give 0 stars I would . This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received at any location. I order timmies daily and they weren’t even busy . From ordering to service to fixing the mistake - everything was below par. Train your workers please . Charging extra but giving horrible service is ridiculous ! The girl charged me for a medium when I said large . When the coffee was brought I picked it up and it spilled because it wasn’t covered properly .
