I am so disappointed in this Tim Hortons. The last few times that I hav ordered from them, they do not get my order correct through Grubhub. It is very frustrating to have to keep asking for refunds from Grubhub because they are not checking my order correctly. Please try and do better!
Getting attitude for ordering 1 coffee because it was a little busy and "they keep coming" the cashier was throwing them selves around complaining, sighing at me and leaning on things looking at me to make the comments right in my face. 9/10 times coffee is burnt, bitter, molten hot, missing all the sugar, or cream with coffee in it. I have to go to a second location every time just to have drinkable coffee.
This location is really not it. All the employees were just rude especially the lady who took my order "Miss Anna"
Coffee order is typically fine, but the 2 or 3 times I've ordered food at this location, there's an issue.
Young people very unfriendly. Acted angry. When I said, yes I did order tomato. Very little tuna. Paper thin 2 slice tomato, ok on roll, hardly no chopped lettuce. Drink chocolate cappuccino. So much chocolate syrup tasted like chocolate syrup by itself ! Horrible. I will never go back 👎👎👎👎
