Easily the worst service I've ever experienced from any fast food location period. I went in to get drinks for a few friends and myself, I have the gift card loaded on the app and the scan and pay turned on. The counter person I talked to initially was helpful and polite and told me that they didn't know the answer to the questions I was asking and asked if I wanted the manager to have them help. It’s 5p on Halloween night, we pulled up to the window to order and they said they were closed. We pulled off and saw the workers in the drive thru window eating Tim bits with the window open looking at us while we drove off.
Manager was very rude when I asked for plain chocolate bits, sad they didn't have them. Then I asked for a plain chocolate cake donut. Then she yelled I ALREADY TOLD YOU WE DON'T HAVE IT. Kids were in there getting ready for downtown trick or treating so I respectfully did not speak my mind. We will not be back because this is not the first time she has yelled at me
I would give this place zero stars if I could. The coffee sucks please don’t waste your time coming here and spend your money elsewhere
Last two times I’ve come through an older woman has been yelling at her employees while serving customers in the drive thru window. When I kindly said that was unprofessional she yelled at me to mind my business. This location is a mess.
