Awesome coffee & food! The Harry Potter series is AWESOME
I had to wait a long time without seeing the items I’d ordered. The staff seemed to be fumbling around—as if they didn't know what to do—just constantly bustling about aimlessly. Many people who ordered before me still hadn't received their food, and those there for pickups were facing long waits too; everyone was sitting there with their eyes fixed on the staff. Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo haría, llegue al lugar porque realmente es un lugar con bastante aceptación, pero parece que son súper mega grandemente racistas, estuve parada 10 min y las dependientas ni me tomaron la orden es que tan siquiera me miraron, era como si yo fuera invisible hay que tratar a todos por igual ya sea de different nacionalidad, raza o etnia, esas muchachas muy pero muy mala educadas al no atenderme porque lo primero que se ve es la mala atención al cliente
Me atendió Elena y fue muy amable conmigo y mis hijos las señoritas muy rápidas y con buena actitud y la comida está deliciosa y calientito todo
I was really excited being from the Northeast when Hortons came south and opened several locations. I can’t recommend this location though. After several visits of wrongly made orders I reached out to corporate for a resolution. They promised that there would be follow up from the local owner of this store but after weeks of waiting and following up with corporate it’s turned into empty promises of escalation.
