I cant speak to the food as I have to eat Gluten free and there is nothing on the menu for me to eat. But I go for my coffee daily and I love my Tim's coffee and crew. They are the best and I go a little out of my way daily to visit my favourite people. They make my day.
Wow- I know customer service is dead but this is a whole other level. I don't normally use Tim Hortons and instead am a Starbucks person...now I see why 4:47PM Saturday 9/27/25, I ordered a Donut and a Cappucino on the mobile app for pickup. 5:00PM I walk in to pick up my order and am greeted by a "lady" who stares at me like i had recently murdered a family member, I asked for my order and was told " The machine is on self clean, won't be able to get you coffee for 30 minutes or more", she didn't even process the Donut part... read more
