Wow- I know customer service is dead but this is a whole other level. I don't normally use Tim Hortons and instead am a Starbucks person...now I see why 4:47PM Saturday 9/27/25, I ordered a Donut and a Cappucino on the mobile app for pickup. 5:00PM I walk in to pick up my order and am greeted by a "lady" who stares at me like i had recently murdered a family member, I asked for my order and was told " The machine is on self clean, won't be able to get you coffee for 30 minutes or more", she didn't even process the Donut part... read more
I'm not a coffee drinker, so Tim Horton's wasn't the first place I'd think of to eat; but, I am obsessed with their breakfast sandwiches. They're sooo good and very reasonably priced. I also love their warm potato chips made in store at some locations.
Im and put, no wasted time on my break at work, well done staff! Great location. Quick service! Great experience!
