Coffee was perfect and the worker (Gwyn) who served me was quite pleasant and kind.
All is good if you use the drive thru. Twice I’ve gone inside to be courteous of other drivers behind me when ordering more than a coffee. Each time there was no service to the counter, at least I wasn’t willing to wait any longer than I already did. They definitely cater to the drive thru. They got my coffee wrong, which has also happened more than once. I only go there when I’m a hurry, and I take my chances it will be right. Staff has always been friendly.
Upon entering the Tim Hortons in Boston NY, I waited for service, during which time I noticed that two different employees acknowledged my presence but did not attend to me. After an extended wait and observing that there were no available staff members, I decided to venture to a nearby convenience store to purchase food. Upon my return, an employee greeted me, to whom I politely remarked that I would utilize the Google scan code for a review, as prominently displayed.
