Been coming here many years, and many other locations. Sometimes I drink decaf. This location gives me their old room temp decaf on several occasions. 3 out of 3 days this week, and countless times over the years. Sometimes I go back, but it’s inconvenient. That guaranteed fresh and hot thing is only for regular coffee. They just put decaf in a thermos, not on a heated surface. So I went there at 10 am. I got a chai latte and asked for extra pumps. It was better than the first one I'd had. Still needed more pumps. But it was ok. I also had an apple fritter which was fantastic! It had like real apple pie in it and was fluffy and decadent. And the salted caramel cookie was out of this world! My niece got a Matcha iced tea that she said was the best ever. The two gentlemen that was working this morning assured me of my order and even repeated my order to me as they handed it to me! So much nicer than my experiences at Monroe street!
Thought maybe things could be a little better since ive been there before. But ive been there twice this past month and both times my pumpkin drinks have tasted like dirt and strong syrup . These things aren't cheap enough to be messed up this many times
I used to love this tim hortons, even use to work there years ago. But the lady this morning that told me I had to "ask for a sleeve at the speaker", even though every time I've bought a hot chocolate, they put a sleeve on it anyways because its burning hot, and she acted like it was such a big deal & inconvenience, then proceeded to give me my card back carelessly, making it drop on the floor in the drive through, and then saying "Its so hard when you have to do something" (sarcastically), not sure if it was either to me or... read more
