Being parked for a coffee is crazy. Especially at 630am.
Very rude
This Tim Hortons is way better than monroe street the employed are actually nice they answered the phone quick and they werent out of anything Gabby and the other dtaff members were great! I avoid monroe street tim hortons at all costs because of Dawn at the monroe street location she is awful and should not work customer service anywhere .. Ever.
I'd give none of I could, went through the drive thru on 2/6/26 around 7am and was served a cold cup of dark roast coffee. Needless to say this was the most upsetting experience. Either make it fresh or keep it hot. It's not hard.
