Wow, some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I rarely go to Tim Hortons because there aren't any near me, but my girlfriend and I decided to grab some panini sandwiches from here while passing through Michigan late at night. Randy was working there and he did such a good job on the food and even shared a laugh with me in the drive-thru over a joke I made. His positive demeanor makes me want to come to this location again. Bravo, Randy.
I recently ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee through the drive-thru at your location. Upon taking a bite, I immediately had to spit out the sandwich. The English muffin was not toasted, the cheese was still cold, and the egg appeared green and moldy. It’s great that they’re open 24/7 but the guy on overnight shift has too many regulars or something and he tries to hold 20 minute conversations with them while other people are waiting in line and I’m sure they’re on their way to work. It’s getting ridiculous!!
