Randy the night guy provides top tier service with a smile every night of the week that he’s there. The quality of his products go above and beyond Tim Horton’s expectations. He’s the perfect example for employee of the decade and deserves a raise for all of his hard work and dedication to the cafe’ Be the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be. I go here for the employees and service. Those guys goto any lengths to make you happy. The coffee however is...... not good. 65% of the time there's a spoon full of coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup. 30% of the time my coffee is made wrong and tastes way off. 12% of the time the coffee is either really bitter, or burnt to a crisp and is not drinkable. Slow. Customer service skills don't exist here. Stand for 15 mins never being acknowledged. Everyone should be fired and rehire new people 😂😂🙄
