Love this place, they always rush you while ordering your items. No need to be grumpy.
Disappointed with my recent visit to this Tim Hortons. While waiting at the drive-thru window, I noticed an older gentleman behind the counter organizing trays of donuts with his bare hands—no gloves, no tongs—just touching multiple donuts directly. It was really off-putting and made me question the food safety practices at this location. To make matters worse, the woman working the window was extremely rude. I placed a mobile order and order the same days each week to the point the team recognizes me. However today they could not find my order. Asked me if I wanted the other order under same name. I told them I am not taking another persons order. Which leads me to believe they may have made a mistake in giving out my order and will not make it right.
