I love the employees here! The food and drinks are amazing!
I started going to this location a few times a week, about 6 months ago. The other day, my coffee was served without the requested Splenda, boiling, and with the lid smashed on in a manner that caused the boiling coffee to spill all over me. I called (apparently the wrong) Tim Horton's to complain and they said they'd replace it for me next time.
