Love Tim Hortons coffee and this location is my favorite because of the staff, they are so friendly and always provide the best service with lots of smiles!!
Went to get coffee and donuts. Drive through was empty and the parking lot had next to no cars, so unless im missing something, it wasn't all that busy. When trying to order the employee on the other end was super impatient. Literally paused for one second and says "that it?" Not a big deal but she did it between every item I ordered about Four or five times. My son didn't hear what she asked him so he asked her to repeat herself and she was so rude to him. Went today for 1st time. Ordered breakfast croissant and asked to replace sausage with ham. The breakfast sandwich was slopped together croissant hard the egg inside is green. As for customer service the girl who took my order charged 1.60 for changing meats which should not had been a problem. When I went up to window from drive through another lady opened the window and handed it to me. Just a shitty attitude no customer service skills. No thank you. If you go to this Timmy Ho Ho’s you will be pleasantly surprised by the great service from the ladies behind the counter. They all work together to create your order and are always pleasant to interact with. You dint get service like that to often.
Extremely rude! While I was trying to use the app to redeem a reward the guy with glasses who has an accent got frustrated and bluntly said "no, that's it" and did not bother to help ensure the offer was applied. I left without buying a thing. Anybody who can't put a smile on their face and treat customers like customers should not be working in the fast food industry. Would not recommend.
