The drive thru service is usually good but not on saturdays. There’s a guy who works the drive thru window in the AM that can’t even bother to say hello, good morning, have a great day etc. He’s really mute and says absolutely nothing. Just hands your stuff to you. That’s really a turn off. Can’t bother to be polite and acknowledge a customer? If you don’t like my business, I’ll be happy to go back to Dunkin again.
Always go through the drive-thru at this location. Friendly and efficient every time. No issues.
Customer service was bad. Food was cold and they just throw everything in a bag like your a dog. Just horrible, lost my appetite after that.
