This has to be the most negligent, Tim Hortons I have ever been to The Indian women that I was dealing with named lovepreet Lied Straight to my face because I don’t think she liked my tone but then again I was having a hard time, knowing if she could understand me By telling a customer, you don’t have something when you clearly have it Shouldn’t be acceptable smh What a Complete and total zoo this place is
There was a poor boy on the front counter who didn't know how to do anything and was not getting help from anyone. The manager (Candee?) instead joked with him, called him the n-word (he was a black man), and went to handle drive through. Took him 20 minutes to get me 2 sausage, egg, and cheese english muffins and a medium ice capp. I felt bad for him. Very unprofessional.
The drive-through customer service need to more improve
