I recently moved to NY coming from NJ, and all I saw was so many Tim Hortons around, I decided to give it a try, I have to say the service is not good at all, lady with the hijab just rolled her eyes at me and was very distasteful towards others as well, the way they call the orders in a manner that anyone can just take away your food is very unorganized, and the food was very plain and regular, I’m hoping it was just a bad experience with this location and not all Tim Hortons in general…
Ordered online and it took 10 minutes standing at the pick up spot before I finally waited through the line to get my coffee. Then frosting on the donut wasn't cooled before they put it in the bag. Not good.
