Staff is kind of clueless at times New review 11/20/25 I waited over 10 minutes for a small ice cap and a donut (and I got the wrong donut? 5 people AFTER ME, in & out, I was asked twice what I was waiting for 🤷♀️🙄 really unprofessional

Marcos, Kenzie, Joe, Heather and Laurie (also the others who I don't know their names) are the best! New manager and staff have made this Timmy's even better. Marcos and Kenzie have been through it all and they deserve all the kudos for hanging in there. Highly recommend this Tim Hortons for your coffee and food!
