Service is poor the coffee is watered down, you have to repeat your order several time they don't put the sleeves on the hot coffee you have to ask for the sleeve and they hand it to you. They gave me a black coffee after I ordered one cream and four sugars. Please management make the changes, improve your customer service and quality to meet the standards of the Tim Horton's brand. I love Tim Horton's coffer over the competition and they are on my way to work.
