Obviously not regular staff this morning, looks like management had to open. My mocha ice capp was awful 😔 it tasted like straight up chocolate syrup. And it wasn't even full,! Very nice service, great place, will come back again.
Wish I could give 0 stars, I ordered my fiancé two coffees and BOTH had grounds floating it in, he took them back in and someone in the back had something nasty to say about him coming back in with the coffees, talking about “everyone has something to complain about”, luckily he took them back in and not me. Maybe retraining needs to be done at this location cause this is not how a worker should treat a paying customer.
