Just went thru the drive thru and the guy was very ignorant towards me.I told him that my iced chai latte did not taste like it should and instead of just telling you to bring it up in exchange like every other Tim Hortons does he had to go on and on very rudely and then he handed it to me and slammed the windows before I even had a chance to reply to him.I would fire someone like that no place in customer service for someone like that.
such a great experience! it was two younger men working when i went and i was just so pleased with how they placed my warmed up muffin in a little cup sealed with a lid & fork… 🥲 its the little things 100000/10
quick drive thru. wasn’t super busy order was correct and hot!
Awesome people providing awesome service. Only issue is grilled cheese Panini needs to be melted cheese not toasted bread with cold cheese slices slapped on not cut in half as asked for but y'all always will get 5 stars from us because y'all always served us right in the past.
