When I first got here, I was standing in line. Behind 2 employees, where I didn't know I had to ring in my own order at a kiosk inside of the airport, stood there 10 minutes before they finally turned around and tell me I had to ring in my own order. I rang and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, I do not eat bacon. I want to get my food. For one the self checkout kiosk is a bust. God forbid you walk up to the counter the staff yells at you to use the kiosk. If youre looking for a place where someone will bite your head off over simply trying to ask a question then this is a perfect place for you. The kiosk is differnt then some so it can be confusing but the service here was absolutely terrible. Food was half way decent but the sandwich was already cold when i got it. Customer service needs work. I did not feel welcomed by the employees and seemed to have doing them an inconvenience by ordering. I will not return to this location.
Worst idea ever to install those self checkout kiosks! People tale forever to decide, I stopped ordering here since trying it before two flights. Also the crew is actually now waiting…
