I just repeated myself 3 times in the drive thru and still was told I could not be heard after reading the full description of the menu item. I then proceeded to the window to be heard more clearly, only to be denied service by the Manager Joann. She was very rude as I frequent this location most morning and have never had this issue. She needs to retrained on her customer service as this was uncalled and unwarranted when YOUR employee could not hear.
I’m sorry but when I order 3 things and you can’t even do that right you shouldn’t be working at all. I don’t know if this was a joke but I ordered Oreo ice cap with whip cream pretzel bagel and a honey dip donut. We got a regular ice cap no whip cream a plain bagel and a plain donut. This is my regular Tim hortons and now I’ll be a Starbucks fan. Incompetence at its finest at this time hortons
Everything was great except I think I lost a tire in the huge pot holes in the parking lot.
Everyone here is a wonderful friend and provides great service, including Ky and his friends. We interact with them all day long and all we ever see is their smiles.
