This is the worst Tim Hortons you'll find in Buffalo. Zero effort goes in anything and it really shows.
Went thru the drive thru and ordered ice cap and ham and Swiss. By the time I noticed I was too far to turn back. The ice cap was sour, (your machine needs to be cleaned) and all the lettuce on the sandwich was wilted and brown, and I believe some of the bread had mold as one of the corners was missing. No excuse to serve food like this! Not happy.
The staff barely seems to understand English, I was asking if the everything bagel had sunflower seeds (an allergen for me) and she kept responding "yes you want the everything bagel breakfast sandwich, yes?" Also when I ordered an oat milk latte, she could not understand what I was asking for. I do not have an accent, I speak slowly and clearly, this was a problem of her understanding, unfortunately.
