Staff was not professional and caring. Also I ordered a croissant, it was stale, I feel like i wasted money on such a thing. At other locations I have had amazing croissants.
Very poor service I had a really bad experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered two lattes and waited for 20 minutes. When I politely asked how long it would take, the lady working there didn’t even reply and made rude faces at me. This isn’t the first time. Even when ordering just one coffee, you end up waiting 10 to 20 minutes and still get treated poorly. So disappointing. I request Tim Hortons’ manager to talk to these ladies because it really needs to get better staff.
Careless staff gives ice coffee without sugar and ice 😂😂😂
Very rude workers. They dont give you all of your items majority of the time, or even the correct items at all. You have to ask again for your items. On top of that, I've overheard one of the pick-up workers being rude to a customer because they picked up the wrong order on accident, the worker treated the customer as if they did it purposely even though they were trying to show their reciept.
