Service was fast and fine other than the fact the staff was unfriendly and rude when I came in to use the restroom and needed to use it fast. Will not come here again..

They make you order before you can use the bathroom. So your food and drink is left unattended while your in the bathroom. Or you have to take it in the bathroom with you which i think is disgusting. All customers are not dishonest and would like to use the bathroom before they order so they can be there to receive their drink and food when made.

I wanted to use the restroom and get a drink. I asked someone behind the counter in a very polite manner if I could use the bathroom before I ordered my drink because it was almost an emergency situation for me. I couldn't use the restroom until I made the purchase. I have been a customer of Tim Hortons for a long time, i think this practice should be changed at this location. I have never felt so belittled, i definitely was making my purchase, just wanted the rest room first.
