Everytimei go here they get my order wrong..... I try not to go to this one but sometimes it's my only option and im disappointed every time. Never fails. Worst one in the surrounding area!!
The girls here are always so sweet to my kids. Good coffee and donuts.
I went there this morning and this place is disgustingly dirty. The baked goods case needs to be cleaned and the hood vents have like 2 inches of dust, moldings are missing, tables/chairs are dirty. All the glass in there looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. I’m shocked that food is being served out of there. There is a section in there that used to be a sitting area which now is an open storage of a mess. Shame on the owner and the city!
Ordered the iced protein latte and got served this chunky vanilla latte. The person taking my order was snappy and rude. The lady at the window was nice. Its close to work so I gave them another chance. They continue to mess up the order and have very little customer service or kindness. Got the generic response like everyone else does. I click the link and it says its invalid. Doubt anything that link has to offer is gonna change the staff or issues at the location.
