Very hit and miss here. Sometimes they feel like stirring the sugar into the coffee. Somedays they just leave it at the bottom leaving a very bitter coffee and grainy texture. My biggest complaint? Why ask if I want whipped topping if y’all aren’t gonna put it on there anyway? I get it if you’re in a rush and simply forgot but to be not busy, no one else in line ask and then don’t put it on screams pure laziness. Service needs to be better. Reason 203 to keep going to the Oxford location
Drive up window is just nasty !! Wish i would have taken a picture of the nasty drive up window area! You may as well be getting served out of a dumpster ! Seriously.....
