We come to this particular Tim Hortons every weekend because there aren’t very many options of coffee places around, and we do like Tim Hortons coffee more than Starbucks and McDonalds. We always get a coffee and something else as well. This particular Tim Hortons is always dirty, always running out of an item, and the team members seem to never be organized. Went inside to order, terrible service . Not the young man on front counters fault (Alex) he was the only one on front counter , while 3 girl employees stand by drive thru all chatting and playing on cell phones as I stand there with no service cause he was busy preparing other customers orders . I stood waiting for 13 minutes . Very lazy, unprofessional employees. Do better Tim Hortons . Alex did apologize for my wait time . Very nice young man . What happened to TEAM WORK ! HELPING out a fellow employee .
Very friendly service. Had the strawberry shortcake muffin. Wish they had that in Canada
I wish that they still served coffee by the pot, the coffee is not hot enough or fresh enough.
