I normally have an okay experience with the staff. But today I ordered an large iced matcha latte and it was not even full islet was the size of not even a medium the amount of liquid that was in it I'm very upset because i couldn’t go back and say something because I didn’t notice until I got to work. If I wanted a small I would have ordered a small but it seems that I got a small in a large cup:(
Alyssa is an excellent employee and an asset to the restaurant.
A lovely girl gave me suggestions on what I should order, having never gone to to this franchise before. Everything was delicious, and she made my day.
