Personally I would never go to a different Tim Hortons
I just had another bad experience with one of the employees tonight around 9:20 PM. This is actually the second time I’ve dealt with the same person, and both times she was very disrespectful. I really hope management looks into this, because customers deserve to be treated with basic respect. I was at the speaker calling for service and got no reply then drove over to the window and she told me to go back around and she can’t serve me.Unfortunately it’s not the first time with the same employee
Never had such a bad experience, first time ordering through the app. Granted, I was dog walking as I ordered and wasn't familiar with this location, Not my local store as I'm dog sitting. None of this, however, should be met with the argumentative attitude I received even after I apologized for not knowing the area. Not at all a reflection on any of the other staff, but the one girl(I assume was shift supervisor/team leader or the like) had the most awful attitude & zero customer service skills on my visit at 9am on 10/19. ... read more
