This is the worst Tim Hortons in Buffalo. They're unprofessional unorganized slow and they just don't know what they're doing
I had a very disappointing experience at this drive-through today. I tried to order two extra-large coffees with full cream and four Splendas each. Despite speaking loudly and clearly, the staff member claimed she couldn't understand me. After repeating myself and still being met with what felt like intentional rudeness and a lack of respect, I eventually just drove off without my order. No one should be treated this way.
