Scenic views, colorful clientele, a panhandlers we dream come to life.
This might be the worst Tim Hortons in the US. The store itself is clean but they stole from us. 3 of us stop for coffee and breakfast during our break from work. We all ordered meals. We were charged above the price listed on the board, were refused the hashbrowns, and didnt even get a bag or receipt. The staff was highly disorganized, highly unresponsive and this was a terrible experience. One of the guys with us is from out of state and has vowed to never go to tim Hortons ever again based off this unpleasant experience. ... read more
Piss poor management as well as counter and drive thru staff. TWO days in a row I received the wrong order. Spoke with manager who endured me a replacement and that it would be made correctly. Returned the VERY next day to have item replaced yet STILL GOT WRONG ORDER AND ATTITUDE FROM BOTH COUNTER/Drive thru staff and the MANAGER Sonja!!!
