Very poor experience overall. The ownership and management at this location clearly do not prioritize quality or customer service. The service is consistently slow, disorganized, and unfriendly, and the products are often subpar and poorly prepared compared to other Tim Hortons locations. This restaurant is located in a part of Watertown that already struggles with reputation issues, and unfortunately, this business does nothing to improve that.
