I used to go to the Starbucks across the street but decided to switch to Tim Hortons for my coffee fix. Things were going well for the last couple of months, I enjoyed the Iced Oreo Capp from Tim Hortons in addition to a few other things. However today I had a bad service experience, there weren’t any visible Oreos as there usually were on the top. Was my first time in a Tim Hortons. Very nice place. Good food.
Went here before and donuts were dry. Thought maybe it was late in the afternoon and it wasn’t as fresh. Went there yesterday morning and it was dry. Shipleys were so much better. Coffee was watered down. Too much milk, couldn’t taste the coffee as much. Came in and there was no hello. Got my order and my daughter said thank you before we left and no worker responded even when she was at the counter and heard my daughter. Taking my business somewhere else.
