Ordered regular coffee with one cream and one sugar and basically got a cup of sweetened cream without any coffee flavor. Also ordered a vanilla cold brew without the foam. They charged me for foam and it was pretty much straight simple syrup. Worst excuse for coffee I've ever tasted.
Visited yesterday, order was $14 and some change. I paid with a $20. Cashier gave me a $1.45 in change. I informer the cashier immediately, didnt pull away from Drive thru or remove change out of view. She responded immediately "I gave you the $5 already sir!" I replied Ma'am you didnt. She continued to double down on her claims. I demanded she count down the drawer, she did three customers later, then handed me the $5 dollars very secretly to try and diffuse her error. Freaking Tim Hortons in South Eastern Texas.... are you kidding most may not even know what that means.. they are like Starbucks in Canada... they are everywhere.. this is the first one I have seen in the lower 48 southern wise. Fairly good food is always a little not hot enough but thet are all fair and will heat you up more.
The food, drinks, and customer service was phenomenal.
