Came in for a cup of coffee, and this was the first time in my entire life anyone has ever made my coffee perfect without me adding anything additional to my coffee. The atmosphere was set and the employees amazing best experience ever. This was my first time at this restaurant and now you have a lifetime customer. Thank you Tim Hortons!

Great store, friendly staff. They know the Matcha drink I like and they make it correctly. The staff members are always pleasant and friendly. The store is always nice and clean.
I'm not one to usually leave a review but , I've been coming to this location for a while now on my commute to work and the first original crew I saw there, was amazing and had GREAT customer service. With that being said my recent trips have been far from what I had originally encountered. Terrible customer service and can't properly make drinks a chai latte does not have espresso if I wanted a dirty chai I would have ordered a dirty chai. Management should re train employees or just get an entirely new staff!!!!!
