I cant believe I have to post this.. I've been a die hard loyal Tims customer since the EARLY 1980s and this is the first time I had a bad experience EVER. I ordered 2 extra large coffees, and a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. The service was nice. However as I waited for my coffee and bagel I couldnt help but notice that the back counter area was really kinda trashed! Damani and Kristy were awesome and the donuts were great.
I am giving this rating because as you see I have one croissant that’s cooked well enough to consume and the other was definitely raw. Thru were both taken on several days apart. The cooked one was the recent. I have waited for a call from the store and have yet to get the call as I was told by upper management to rectify my undercooked food.
