Used to be my go-to, but service has gone down. My online orders are never ready when I get there. This morning, I was the only one in the drive-thru at 6am, and upon arriving to the window, they told me to pull backwards behind pole (not directly by the drive thru window) and they would tell me when to pull up to the actual window. Either something weird is going on inside that they don't want you to see, or theyre trying to get their timing under control. Very weird and apparently it's happened before with other reviews.
I love this place! They took me from DD and I don’t regret it! They know me when I walk in and that makes all the difference in giving greater service. Forget those other coffee guys, I’m a Tim fan now.
Well originally just came in to study and get coffee. However, the manager Shatita made me a returning customer. She gave me great recommendations on food and drinks. She had such a nice attitude. I was here for a while and she even occasionally checked in on me. I appreciate her love to just be a great human being. Plan to come back soon!
Wow. The level of care and dedication from this establishment is most definitely a reflection of the management. Shatita is probably the best manager I’ve ever encountered. I wasn’t going to come here because I wanted a drink I knew I was going to enjoy for the price I was going to pay. But someone’s comment from 8 months ago persuaded me.
