Iced Cinnamon Apple cider latte drink was awful. Cider donuts were good, sausage biscuits good, bagel good. Hashbrowns had little flavor.
I've stopped here on more than five occasions, and I will say this location has become my new favorite for Iced Capp's, especially after 3pm during the week! They usually make them thick and flavorful. I only order the original one, so I can't speak for any other types. The donuts are fair. I would recommend ordering in the Tim's app to avoid potential mistakes on your order. Lastly, the drive thru is tight!
Terrible customer service by a female emotes. Rude and did not want to be bothered with taking correct order nor resolving the issue.
