This Tim Hortons always manages to make a simple coffee run feel pleasant. The team here is fast, organized, and genuinely friendly, which makes a big difference during busy hours. My order was made exactly right and the place was clean and well managed. You can tell the staff work well together and care about the customer experience. It’s the kind of location that keeps you coming back without thinking twice.
Ordered Parmesan chicken flatbread pizza. It would’ve been nice if the lady asked me if I wanted a knife and fork, but she didn’t. I had to go back and ask for it. The windows at the entrance coming in could need a little bit more attention to detail. They look like they were washed, but not with Windex. They’re all cloudy. Bathrooms always need an attention.
Had such a great experience at Tim Hortons today! The team was incredibly friendly, quick, and welcoming. My order was fresh, prepared perfectly, and served with a smile. It’s always nice to visit a place where the staff truly care about customer service. Definitely one of my favourite locations.
