Asked and paid for cream cheese on a bagel, got a whisper of cream cheese. May as well be NYC for how close it was to Philadelphia creamy cheese. Also noticed how dirty the store was. Tables not wiped down, grime and grit in corners against the wall, etc. Wasted my money.
Because Google only allows one review per Google profile; 18 Oct 2025 - today I'd like to review a recent walk in service. The line up inside was ridiculous. Staff moving at the pace of snails. Aftrr waiting a few minutes for a tea i walked away just happy to finally be served then to notice my Large sized cup was only filled to a medium size. Buyer beware. Ridiculous. Omg my debit card didn't work this morning I told her I got hacked and had to lock my card,but it wasn't locked.what happened is I moved everything into savings and 2 payments came out last night so NSF she gave me the tea anyway thank you a true human being she is.
I just had a visit to Tim Hortons today, Navpreet greeted me with a warm smile and genuine friendliness. She paid attention to every detail — confirming my order, getting it just right, and making sure I felt welcome. The coffee was perfect, the timing was prompt, and the whole interaction was just a joy. It’s rare to come away feeling like more than just a transaction, but Navpreet made that happen.
