If I could give this place a ZERO it would be much more applicable. I stopped here this am for a tea and asked for my usual milk on the side , Have No fears.I didn't want your mouth to take home- I add the milk due to lactose issues . I worked for Tim's for years and each machine being Calibrate it differently.It's hit and miss how much milk you'll get if you let staff put it in . Drive thru this morning. Order confirmed yet missing item. Requested item at window, employee stated “it’s not on order, can get you one and have you pay for it separate” I replied “it was confirmed so why was it not added?” Employee aggressively replied “I don’t know why she did that but it’s not there!” Extremely rude employee, not the first encounter with her and her attitude.
This Tim Hortons use to be my only goto in Kingston. Over the past few months, I have debated switching to McDonald's coffee. I go to this same location at least 4 times everyday, they know me by name. Lately, it seems like every time I go, they mess my order up. I ask for a 3 cream and I end up with 1 cream or a triple triple. When I take it back, they seem rude, like I'm the one in the wrong. And what ever happened to the coffee promise??
