Very friendly staff . Glad to see rude staff member is no longer there . Was very rude to customers and to staff
Being back white staff and decent coffee.
I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving, but when I got to the store, I still had to wait. After asking the staff, they told me to keep waiting even after I explained I was about to miss my bus. No one helped or gave me an update, and I ended up leaving without my coffee. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
