Every morning this week I have gone to get coffee and every-time I have, my order has been wrong. I understand being new and learning but when I get to the window and the employees argue with me or roll their eyes I find it truly rude and disrespectful. I love Tim hortons and I’ve been a loyal customer but this location makes me want to pull my hair out.
I visit this Timmies regularly. The drive-thru staff are super friendly and always have a smile for you. Unfortunately mixups in orders is a regular occurrence. Time and again my black coffee is turned into a regular or double-double, which I then notice down the road. This is becoming the trend and has made me move to the store on Cataraqui Woods drive instead, they never miss an order!
