Some of the rudest and most miserable staff I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. I feel like I should apologize for daring to spend my money here, but don't worry - won't happen again.

This tims is pretty bleak. The workers clearly hate their jobs and their lives. Walked in and waited 5 minutes to be served even though i was first in line. I watched the workers finish their private conversation before helping me. My flatbread was not cut. It was just one whole piece. Also its not like they attempted to cut it and the knife was dull, and didn't go through the bottom, no they didn't cut it at all. Same with my grilled cheese.
