Witnessed horrible treatment (racism) of a gentleman whose first language was not English. Staff were totally impatient with the customer after he asked several times for help correcting his order, and his requests for help were ignored on a number of occasions. When he finally got the attention of a staff who was all but avoiding the man, they told him they couldn't understand him and had to move on to serve other customers. This particular Tim Horton's was the dirtiest one I've ever seen. Every table was dirty, floors were dirty, key pad on the debit machine was absolutely filthy. Very disappointing visit to say the least.
