Fran is the most amazing staff at this location she’s always friendly and she’s fast as can be

Fran is just wonderful! I’m always passing through around 7:30am and even with a constant stream of customers she takes time to go over and above with smiles and small talk while quickly pushing orders out. She’s watched me juggle coupons and bounce around screens in my app and asked permission to take my phone while we waited for my order so she could show me how to put it all in one spot :) She definitely starts my morning on a positive note and has secured Tim Hortons at least one repeat customer!
Fran deserves a raise. She is awesome and a great team leader. Always has a smile giving out my coffee
