I visited Tim Hortons last week, and there was a new girl named Aram. She was so sweet and kind, with a beautiful smile. The way she gave me my coffee was so warm and thoughtful. I hope to see her again.
I live in the area and go here once in a while. Seems like every single time they miss things from the order. I’ve never gone back to complain or ask for a refund before but today I am. Part of me is wondering if they miss items on purpose?

I went through the drive thru this morning and I by passed the order window by mistake and there were cars behind me I couldn't back up so when I got to the wondow the girl working was rude and said im not serving you go to the window and order and ahe slammed the window shut very rude all I wanted was 2 coffees !
