I’ve had a frustrating experience at this Tim Hortons location over my last few visits. Each time I ordered a Mocha Iced Capp through the drive-thru, the lady taking the order told me it wasn’t available. However, when I parked and went inside the store, the gentleman at the counter confirmed it was available and kindly made it for me right away. Too slow to serve. How they can allow so long lineup.
This may be the fastest Tim hortons in canada. They also almost never get an order wrong so its a real shame that where they thrive in customer service they take it away by ripping you off with the food. They don't fill their drinks to the top, they put a pathetic blob of whipped cream on drinks that have it, double or extra of anything is just regular anywhere else so dont waste your money paying extra cause they'll lie right to your face when you ask if its what you asked for.
