I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, and it honestly saddens me to write this. Ever since I was wrongly accused of calling head office to file a complaint (which I did not), the customer service towards me has noticeably changed. It’s disheartening to feel like I’m being treated differently. Always messing up on the breakfast menu, I had placed and order that took almost 12 minutes to give just for a wrap and a drink. I asked specifically for no processed cheese as I can’t have it. Yet, there was cheese in it which I completely had to throw away. You guys need to start paying attention on what the customers demands for. Edit:- And oh my God, it is so annoying.
